IMPORTANT:
The train will only be in service during cruise ship calls in the port of Cartagena, in accordance with municipal regulations. You can consult the calendar of cruises in Cartagena on the Port Authority’s website.
The meeting point for the start of the tour, and where you must be on the date and time you have booked, will be in front of the cruise terminal at the Port of Cartagena.
This tour is primarily conducted in both Spanish and English. If you wish to take the tour in a language other than those mentioned above, please contact us to inquire about the possibility by clicking here.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the reservation date.
For water activities, cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
