Description:
To begin, your instructor will meet with you to explain how the activity will be conducted, what you will see underwater, provide you with basic knowledge about diving, and address any questions you may have. Then, we’ll prepare your equipment and head out by boat from the diving center to one of the beautiful coves of Cabo de Palos. When we reach the diving area, we’ll assist you in putting on your equipment. Once you and your instructor are ready to begin the dive, you’ll submerge for about 30 minutes to see the wonders that the underwater world offers. No experience necessary!
INCLUDES: One instructor per person. Theory workshop. Boat transfer to the cove. Introductory dive up to 6 meters deep. Over 30 minutes underwater. Insurance and Equipment.
YOU NEED: Minimum age 8 years old. Fill out a medical questionnaire. (If you have any medical condition, you’ll need a medical certificate enabling you for diving.) The Hormigas Islands area, besides being an area of undeniable ecological and cultural value, is recognized by the Cousteau Foundation as the best diving spot in the Mediterranean. Immerse yourself in the Cabo de Palos-Islas Hormigas Marine Reserve, the best diving destination in the Mediterranean for its abundance of marine life and numerous shipwrecks.
IMPORTANT: The meeting point to start the tour, where you should be at the date and time you made the reservation, will be at the Planeta Azul Diving Center, located at Calle Dimas Ortega 14, Cabo de Palos.
