Walk through the historic centre to the market and learn about local produce. Market purchases and tastings are not included.
At a local restaurant, watch the chef prepare paella and explain the ingredients and techniques. This is a cooking demonstration, not a hands-on cooking class. Enjoy one glass of sangria, the prepared paella and an Asiatico coffee to finish.
